Equipped with Siemens PLC 12-inch touchscreen, it supports 200 sets of process recipe storage (cleaning time / vacuum degree curve / drying temperature gradient)
Adaptive algorithm: Real-time monitoring of the contamination load of the workpiece by means of a load cell (accuracy ±0.1g) and automatic adjustment of the amount of solvent spray (adjustment accuracy ±5%)
Safety interlock mechanism
Five-fold explosion-proof design:
(1) Vacuum chamber pressure sensor (range - 100kPa~200kPa, accuracy 0.1% FS) Rupture disc (operating pressure 1.2 times working pressure)
(2) Solvent concentration alarm (LEL detection accuracy 1%) linked to fresh air system (air exchange volume 1500m³/h)
(3) When the equipment is running, the hatch applies 500N mechanical locking force to prevent misoperation
