1. High Pressure Spray Flushing Module (1-3 Stations)
Targeted clean technology
▶ 0.5-1.5MPa Adjustable Pressure:
The fan-shaped nozzle (angle 45°) covers the surface of the instrument, and the 360° rotating spray arm realizes the seamless flushing of complex structures such as surgical instrument joints and tooth lines
The needle nozzle (0.3 mm orifice) penetrates deep into the luminal instrument (inner diameter ≥ 2 mm) and is combined with pulsed spray (100 ms intervals) to achieve a > 99.5% removal rate of residues in the lumen
▶ Pure Water Quality Assurance:
DI water resistivity ≥18.2 MΩ・cm, equipped with three-stage filtration (activated carbon RO membrane polishing resin), TOC residual < 5ppb
The conductivity sensor monitors the concentration of the cleaning agent in real time and automatically replenishes and drains the liquid (error < 50mL)
Material Compatibility:

▶ Double air knife blowing design:
The wind speed is adjustable from 50 to 150 m/s, and the ±15° angle is fine-tuned to realize the rapid dehydration of blind hole structures such as dental mobile phone turbines and endoscopic biopsy forceps jaws (residual water film thickness < 1μm)
The air inlet is equipped with a 0.1μm high-efficiency filter (HEPA) to ensure a Class 100 purge air cleanliness (ISO Class 4)

The infrared sensor automatically identifies the height of the instrument, and the air knife lifting mechanism (accuracy ±1mm) is adapted in real time to avoid ineffective purging

3. Clean hot air drying module (5-6 stations)
Low-temperature non-oxidation drying
▶ Three-stage temperature control process:
Preheating section (50-60°C): 5 minutes to remove free water from the surface to prevent temperature differences from deforming the instrument
Constant speed section (70-80°C): clean hot air (filtration efficiency ≥ 99.97%@0.3μm) circulation, wind speed 8m/s, to achieve deep drying of joint gaps
Cooling section (50-40°C): Gradient cooling to avoid condensation, after which the surface temperature of the instrument ≤ ambient temperature 5°C
▶ Surface Activity Protection:
For aluminum alloy devices: nitrogen gas with a dew point of ≤-40°C (flow rate of 100L/min) is introduced into the drying chamber, and the oxidative discoloration rate is <0.1%
