Custom System for Semiconductor & Precision Valve Body Cleaning
This unified all-in-one system integrates EP electrolytic polishing and dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, tailor-made for high-standard surface processing of semiconductor-grade valve bodies and precision fluid parts. It can eliminate surface oxides, burrs, residual grease and micro pollutants at the same time, creating ultra-smooth, even passivated surfaces that satisfy the cleanliness criteria of semiconductor and high-precision manufacturing industries.
EP Electrolytic Polishing Unit
It is fitted with anti-corrosion 316L stainless steel electrolytic tank and adjustable pulse power supply (0-50V, 0-1000A), enabling accurate regulation of current density and electrolysis duration. It thoroughly clears surface oxide films, tiny burrs and micro structural flaws on valve bodies, and forms a homogeneous, glossy and protective passivation coating.
A built-in micron-grade circulating filter continuously separates metal ions and suspended contaminants from electrolyte liquid, maintaining stable liquid purity and consistent polishing effect during mass batch production.
Dual-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning Unit
The machine supports automatic switching between 28kHz and 40kHz ultrasonic modes, realizing staged rough washing and precision cleaning for valve bodies with complex structures:
28kHz Low-Frequency Cleaning
It produces high-energy cavitation impact to strip heavy grease, polishing waste and stubborn contaminants from deep holes, blind holes and irregular structural gaps, finishing efficient preliminary rough cleaning work.
