The high-precision automatic cleaning equipment designed for infrared cameras (IR-CUT filters, infrared sensors) and optical lenses (glass/plastic lenses, prisms, lenses) integrates three core modules: high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, slow-rising watermark-free dehydration, and clean hot air drying, and realizes 99.95% impurity removal rate and Ra≤0.1nm surface roughness control for dust particles (≥0.1μm), fingerprint grease, coating residues, infrared coating contaminants, etc. on the surface of the lens. The equipment adopts 128 sets of fully automatic process formulas, suitable for small batch and multi-variety production (5-100 pieces/batch), to meet the ultra-high cleanliness requirements of infrared camera module packaging and optical lens coating/lamination, the surface tension of the lens after cleaning is ≥ 72mN/m, and the particle residue is ≤ 2 / piece (0.1μm level), which significantly improves the infrared imaging clarity and coating yield (the defective rate is reduced by 65%).
