The intelligent cleaning equipment specially designed for the medical device industry integrates three core modules: boiling disinfection, precise temperature control, and intelligent lifting, and achieves a 99.99% bacterial killing rate and 0.1ppm organic residue standard for contaminants (bloodstains/tissue residues/lubricants) such as surgical instruments (scalpels/tweezers), dental tools, and endoscopic accessories. Multiple sterilization guarantees
✔ The boiling tank is made of 316L stainless steel monolithically forged (6mm thick) and the inner wall is electrolytically polished (Ra≤0.2μm) to reduce bacterial adhesion
✔ Equipped with an ozone generator (concentration ≥ 0.3mg/L) to achieve "boiling ozone" synergistic sterilization, the spore killing rate is increased to 99.999%
