The full-process cleaning and drying equipment specially designed for metal processing parts (bearings/gears/fasteners/stamping parts) integrates three core modules: dual-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, vapor phase vacuum drying, and intelligent lifting system, and achieves 99.8% oil removal rate and 0.1μm particle cleanliness for cutting fluid residues (mineral oil/synthetic esters), abrasive paste, metal chips and other pollutants. The equipment is compatible with full-size workpieces from M2 screws to 200mm bearings, meeting the high-precision cleaning requirements of metal plating, spraying and assembly, and the surface tension of the workpiece after drying is ≥ 72mN/m, eliminating secondary pollution such as watermarks and oil films.

▶ Adjustable speed (5-50mm/s): Automatically switch to 5mm/s low speed mode when the workpiece enters the water to prevent splashing of cleaning liquid and air bubble retention
Profiling chemical design
✔ Standard mesh hanging basket (aperture 5mm) adjustable divider, suitable for screws, bearings, gears and other special-shaped parts
✔ For deep-hole workpieces (e.g. hydraulic valve body cavity), a hollow bracket (> 80% opening) can be customized to ensure unobstructed transmission of ultrasonic energy.

Free sample test: customers provide workpiece and contaminant samples, and issue a cleaning effect test report within 48 hours (including oil film residue and particle size analysis)
Customized chemical assembly design: for special-shaped parts (such as multi-station stamping parts), the proofing of polyoxymethylene (POM) positioning fixture will be completed within 10 working days (positioning error<0.5mm)
