A high-precision automated cleaning solution, specially customized for industrial weighing sensors
 
Product Positioning
A full-process through-type cleaning system designed for the surface contaminants (such as oil stains, metal shavings, dust, and oxide films) of electronic weighing sensors (such as resistive strain type, capacitive type, and electromagnetic force type sensors). It realizes the integrated operation of "ultrasonic rough cleaning → spray fine cleaning → hot air drying", ensuring the accuracy stability and service life of the sensors.

    Deep Ultrasonic Decontamination:
    It adopts 28kHz/40kHz dual-frequency ultrasonic waves (optional). Through the cavitation effect, it can shatter the stubborn stains (such as cutting fluid residues and welding slag) in the gaps of the sensor seals and the grooves of the terminal blocks. The cleaning rate is ≥99%.
    It is suitable for sensors made of various materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and ceramic, avoiding surface scratches or damage to signal terminals caused by traditional brush cleaning.
    High-pressure Spray Fine Cleaning:
    A 360° adjustable nozzle matrix (with a pressure of 5-15bar) flushes away the contaminants peeled off by the ultrasonic waves. Paired with DI deionized water/neutral cleaning agent, it eliminates the risk of signal drift caused by the residue of electrolytes.
    Hot Air Circulation Drying:
    Constant-temperature hot air at 70-100°C (with a HEPA filtration grade of ≥H13) can complete the drying of the sensor surface and the interior of the cavity within 3 minutes. The dew point is ≤-20°C, eliminating the hidden dangers of watermarks and rust.

    Intelligent Monitoring of Liquid Level/Temperature: It can provide real-time feedback on the liquid level of the cleaning tank and the temperature deviation of the drying oven.
