• The 7-inch human-machine interface (HMI) real-time displays water quality parameters (pH/conductivity/turbidity), membrane pressure differential, and equipment operation status, supporting storage and traceability of 100 sets of operation data.
• Automatic fault diagnosis (response time < 5 seconds): Membrane fouling early warning (automatic chemical cleaning when pressure differential exceeds the limit), water pump overload protection (automatic switching to standby pump), and chemical shortage alarm (linkage with dosing system for replenishment).

Fully Automatic Operation Mode:

• One-click activation of the full process: "pretreatment → membrane filtration → sludge dewatering → clean water reuse", equipped with automatic flushing of membrane surface contaminants every 30 minutes and chemical enhanced cleaning (CEB, weekly deep restoration of membrane performance).

Energy-Saving and Reduction Design

Energy Recovery Device:

• The RO section is equipped with a PX energy recovery device, which converts concentrated water pressure into influent power, reducing energy consumption by 40%. Power consumption per ton of water treatment ≤ 4.5kWh (traditional process ≥ 7kWh).

Sludge Drying System (Optional):

• • The spiral screw dewatering machine reduces sludge moisture content from 95% to below 75%, achieving an 80% volume reduction. With a supporting sludge storage tank (capacity 1.5m³), it reduces solid waste transportation costs.
